The Teachers Training Tutorial – Module 1: Classroom Management and Leadership.

The Teachers Training Tutorial Package is made up of 10 modules.

This workshop, Classroom Management and Leadership, may be utilised by the newly qualified teacher, experienced teachers and school management team members to grow their knowledge and skills or to hone and enhance existing knowledge and skills as they pertain to effective Classroom Management and leadership.

The information provided in the workshop will focus on 3 key concepts:

Ø Management in the classroom.

Ø Leadership in the classroom.

Ø The “Supportive Classroom” (A combination of management and leadership based on the philosophies of Jordan and Porath  & Woofolk).
