Joey Mongalo is the Founder of Teamip3, which is an organisation that specialises in creating performance enhancing strategies geared at effective leadership and team cohesion. He is the current Sharks URC & Champions Cup Defence coach as well as the former Defence Coach of the Vodacom Bulls and Emirates Lions rugby teams. In his playing days he represented the Blue Bulls and Junior Springboks. In addition to the above he also holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Joey's passion lies in adding value to organisations and teams through the implementation effective leadership and team cohesion principles and strategies.
